Our jewelry is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We do not refund money because the piece is custom made for the buyer. If there is a problem with fit, we will repair or resize the piece. We do not guarantee inlay jewelry for daily wear. Inlay jewelry is fragile and cannot be worn in water. If you wear it with care, you will have a beautiful piece of art to cherish. If any stone crack or size issue is our fault it will be a free repair. If there is a stone crack or ding in the piece due to wear, we will repair it for a fair price.
